Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my story and the reasons behind how I got here and why I do what I do.

  • Hi, I’m Taylor! I am a Registered Nurse, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Group Fitness Instructor with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I’m passionate about lifestyle and preventive medicine and helping people reconnect with what they love while living their happiest, healthiest lives.

I grew up as a competitive gymnast, which laid the foundation for my love of fitness and wellness (and handstands!) It is also where I learned that strength is not just physical—it’s mental. That same inner grit carried me through the early days of my nursing career.

  • In 2021, I started my nursing career working in the Medical Intensive Care Unit in New York City, during the dark depths of the COVID-19 pandemic on the night shift. Like so many new nurses at the time, we faced short staffing, emotional exhaustion, and the immense responsibility of caring for critically ill patients only months after graduating nursing school. Learning to carry the emotional and psychological weight of the job was challenging, and often sacrificed sleep, felt the strain of burnout, and became disconnected from the sense of self I once held so firmly.

Throughout it all, I attempted to find comfort in my foundation of wellness and fitness. But even those anchors started to feel out of reach as I struggled to maintain balance. What I yearned for was a way to prioritize self-care amidst the chaos and support to stay connected to the joy of nursing. That desire led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I began my journey to becoming a health and wellness coach.

  • Taylor’d Wellness exists because I know what it feels like to slowly lose yourself while doing meaningful work.

As I began my nursing career, I learned how to care deeply for others while slowly losing the anchors I once had in my own well-being, especially as I navigated night shift. I watched how easy it was for passion, purpose, and identity to get buried under exhaustion, responsibility, and survival mode. I experienced firsthand how burnout doesn’t happen because you don’t care — it happens because you care so much, often at the expense of your own well-being.

My why is rooted in the belief that people who give their time, energy, and heart to others deserve support that helps them stay grounded and whole. Not just functioning, not just pushing through, but living in a way that feels balanced, connected, and sustainable.

Taylor’d Wellness was created to help purpose-driven people protect their well-being without losing what they love. To help you build resilience without hardening. To help you care deeply without burning out. And to remind you that your health is not something to earn after everything else is done, it is something you are worthy of now.

Because when we support our own foundations, we don’t lose our purpose — we strengthen it.

Thank you for being here!
